ATP2B4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP2B4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,706 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP2B4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Urinary bladder smooth muscle contraction, Urinary tract smooth muscle contraction, and Negative regulation of adenylate cyclase-activating adrenergic receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with ATP2B4 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP2B4-to-partner and partner-to-ATP2B4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Urinary bladder smooth muscle contraction grouped by ATP2B4-low versus ATP2B4-high in LIVER.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP2B4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP2B4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
