Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP2B3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATP2B3 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ATP2B3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP2B3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC, ESCA, and PAAD are the cancer types where ATP2B3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
