Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP1B4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATP1B4 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher ATP1B4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP1B4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LIHC, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ATP1B4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
