Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP1B3P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATP1B3P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher ATP1B3P1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP1B3P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and LUSC show a favorable association.

CESC, MESO, and LIHC are the cancer types where ATP1B3P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
