Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP1B3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATP1B3 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ATP1B3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP1B3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ATP1B3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
