Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP1B1P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATP1B1P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ATP1B1P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP1B1P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UVM show a favorable association.
KIRC, ACC, and CESC are the cancer types where ATP1B1P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
