ATP1B1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP1B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,651 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP1B1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PKP4, ATP1B3, and PFKFB2. Each is linked with ATP1B1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP1B1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP1B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP1B1 versus PKP4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP1B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP1B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
