Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP1B1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,678 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP1B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELAPOR1, ATP1A1, and COL3A1. Each is linked with ATP1B1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP1B1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP1B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP1B1 versus ELAPOR1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP1B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP1B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
