Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP1B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,740 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP1B1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of potassium ion import across plasma membrane, Protein transport within lipid bilayer, and Protein transport into membrane raft. Each is linked with ATP1B1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP1B1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP1B1 results are reported.
