ATP1A4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP1A4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP1A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, HER2_pY1248, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with ATP1A4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP1A4-to-partner and partner-to-ATP1A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rad50 grouped by ATP1A4-low versus ATP1A4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP1A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP1A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
