ATP1A4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP1A4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 410 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP1A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MORC1, OR4M2, and MRPL42. Each is linked with ATP1A4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP1A4-to-partner and partner-to-ATP1A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MORC1 grouped by ATP1A4-low versus ATP1A4-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP1A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP1A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
