Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP1A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,752 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP1A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R12B, CNRIP1, and DMD. Each is linked with ATP1A2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP1A2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP1A2 results are reported.
