Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP1A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,239 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP1A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCLK1, DUSP26, and MYOM1. Each is linked with ATP1A2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP1A2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP1A2 results are reported.
