Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP1A2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP1A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and ERK2. Each is linked with ATP1A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP1A2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP1A2 results are reported.
