ATP1A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP1A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,559 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP1A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATP1B1, ATP1A1_S16, and TTC39A. Each is linked with ATP1A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP1A1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP1A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP1A1 versus ATP1B1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP1A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP1A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
