Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP1A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,718 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP1A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAP, CCDC80, and PTGIS. Each is linked with ATP1A1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP1A1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP1A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP1A1 versus FAP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP1A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP1A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
