Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP1A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,599 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP1A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to glycoside, Fungiform papilla development, and Fungiform papilla morphogenesis. Each is linked with ATP1A1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP1A1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP1A1 results are reported.
