ATP1A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP1A1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,871 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP1A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBX2, EPHB1, and ASB16. Each is linked with ATP1A1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP1A1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP1A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBX2 grouped by ATP1A1-low versus ATP1A1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP1A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP1A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
