Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP13A5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATP13A5 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ATP13A5 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP13A5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, UVM, and OV are the cancer types where ATP13A5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
