ATP13A5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP13A5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,005 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP13A5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCP4L1, EPB41L1_S75, and ARPP19. Each is linked with ATP13A5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP13A5-to-partner and partner-to-ATP13A5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP13A5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP13A5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
