Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP13A5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,510 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP13A5-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEF2KMT, BRCA1, and UBQLN1. Each is linked with ATP13A5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP13A5-to-partner and partner-to-ATP13A5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP13A5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP13A5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
