ATP13A4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP13A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,392 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP13A4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTUS1, MTUS1_S761, and PLEKHA7. Each is linked with ATP13A4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP13A4-to-partner and partner-to-ATP13A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP13A4 versus MTUS1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP13A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP13A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
