ATP13A4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP13A4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,475 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP13A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM120B, RNA5SP369, and CPSF7. Each is linked with ATP13A4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP13A4-to-partner and partner-to-ATP13A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM120B grouped by ATP13A4-low versus ATP13A4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP13A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP13A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
