Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP13A4-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATP13A4-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher ATP13A4-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP13A4-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and LUAD show a favorable association.

READ, UVM, and KIRP are the cancer types where ATP13A4-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
