ATP13A3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP13A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,117 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP13A3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAK2, FXR1, and ATP13A3_S817. Each is linked with ATP13A3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP13A3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP13A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP13A3 versus PAK2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP13A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP13A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
