ATP13A3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP13A3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,918 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP13A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FHL1, CSDC2, and COL14A1. Each is linked with ATP13A3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP13A3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP13A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP13A3 versus FHL1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP13A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP13A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
