Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP13A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,072 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP13A3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of post-translational protein modification, Negative regulation of protein-containing complex disassembly, and Regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal. Each is linked with ATP13A3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP13A3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP13A3 results are reported.
