Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP13A3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 143 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP13A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H6, OR4K1, and KRTAP5-11. Each is linked with ATP13A3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP13A3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP13A3 results are reported.
