Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP13A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,849 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP13A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDIA5, RCC2, and ATP5IF1. Each is linked with ATP13A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP13A2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP13A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP13A2 versus PDIA5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.24.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP13A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP13A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
