Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP13A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,767 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP13A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C18orf54, GLOD4, and RBP1. Each is linked with ATP13A2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP13A2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP13A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C18orf54 grouped by ATP13A2-low versus ATP13A2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP13A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP13A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
