Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP13A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,392 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP13A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein catabolic process in the vacuole, Negative regulation of lysosomal protein catabolic process, and Extracellular exosome biogenesis. Each is linked with ATP13A2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP13A2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP13A2 results are reported.
