ATP13A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP13A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,180 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP13A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAFB2, MAP1S, and RFX1. Each is linked with ATP13A1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP13A1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP13A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP13A1 versus SAFB2 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP13A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP13A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
