ATP13A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP13A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,251 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP13A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIRIP3, BOLA1, and DCTN1. Each is linked with ATP13A1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP13A1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP13A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP13A1 versus HIRIP3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP13A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP13A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
