Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP13A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,012 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP13A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of T-helper 17 cell lineage commitment, Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, and Positive regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with ATP13A1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP13A1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP13A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of T-helper 17 cell lineage commitment grouped by ATP13A1-low versus ATP13A1-high in KIDNEY.
