Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP11C mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATP11C data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 10 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher ATP11C mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP11C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

GBM, CCRCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where ATP11C mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
