Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP11C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,139 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP11C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHF6, ZNF280C, and DIAPH2. Each is linked with ATP11C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP11C-to-partner and partner-to-ATP11C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP11C versus PHF6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP11C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP11C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
