The most reproducible ATP11C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6ATAC23P, PRPS2, and VMA21. Each is linked with ATP11C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP11C-to-partner and partner-to-ATP11C results are reported.
