Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP11C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,354 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP11C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6ATAC23P, PRPS2, and VMA21. Each is linked with ATP11C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP11C-to-partner and partner-to-ATP11C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP11C versus RNU6ATAC23P in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
