Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP11C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP11C-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, GSK3-a-b, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with ATP11C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP11C-to-partner and partner-to-ATP11C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by ATP11C-low versus ATP11C-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP11C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP11C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
