Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP11C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,913 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP11C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear pore complex assembly, Nuclear pore organization, and Regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition. Each is linked with ATP11C in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP11C-to-partner and partner-to-ATP11C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear pore complex assembly grouped by ATP11C-low versus ATP11C-high in LUNG_SCLC.
