Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP11C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP11C-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIGD1C, FCN2, and CD300LD. Each is linked with ATP11C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP11C-to-partner and partner-to-ATP11C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HIGD1C grouped by ATP11C-low versus ATP11C-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP11C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP11C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
