Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP11AUN RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATP11AUN data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ATP11AUN RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP11AUN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and UVM show a favorable association.

ACC, KIRC, and UVM are the cancer types where ATP11AUN RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
