Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP11AUN Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATP11AUN data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ATP11AUN Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP11AUN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
COAD, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where ATP11AUN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
