Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP10A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATP10A data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ATP10A Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP10A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.

UCEC, BRCA, and LIHC are the cancer types where ATP10A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
