Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATOX1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATOX1 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ATOX1 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATOX1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and PDAC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LSCC, and COAD are the cancer types where ATOX1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
