ATOX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATOX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,466 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATOX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTC1, RIPK2, and RNF14. Each is linked with ATOX1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATOX1-to-partner and partner-to-ATOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATOX1 versus TTC1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
