ATOX1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATOX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,745 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01684, P2RX7, and LPXN. Each is linked with ATOX1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATOX1-to-partner and partner-to-ATOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATOX1 versus LINC01684 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
