Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATOH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 853 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATOH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNX18P10, LCEP1, and RN7SL429P. Each is linked with ATOH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATOH1-to-partner and partner-to-ATOH1 results are reported.
