Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATOH1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATOH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AR, Cyclin-E2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with ATOH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATOH1-to-partner and partner-to-ATOH1 results are reported.
