Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATOH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,204 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATOH1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are G protein-coupled acetylcholine receptor signaling pathway, Positive regulation of telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening, and Regulation of RNA stability. Each is linked with ATOH1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATOH1-to-partner and partner-to-ATOH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, G protein-coupled acetylcholine receptor signaling pathway grouped by ATOH1-low versus ATOH1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
