Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATOH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATOH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are R3HDML, BANF2, and C1orf87. Each is linked with ATOH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATOH1-to-partner and partner-to-ATOH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, R3HDML grouped by ATOH1-low versus ATOH1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATOH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATOH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
